Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage and maintain our ServiceNow platform. The role involves configuring, customising, and optimising ServiceNow modules to support business processes, ensuring system stability, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, and permissions.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, etc.).
- Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Manage platform upgrades, patches, and integrations with other systems.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes,



and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organisational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator (minimum 23 years).
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules and ITIL framework.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow configuration.
- Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM,CSM or HRSD modules.
