Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LT & HT electrical panels at customer sites.
- Attend service calls and resolve electrical and mechanical issues within agreed timelines.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Analyze faults in switchgear, busbars, breakers, relays, metering, and control circuits.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and issue resolution.
- Prepare service reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and spare parts recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and emergency breakdown services.
Skills Required
- Solid knowledge of LT/HT panels, switchgear, and electrical drawings.
- Troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
