JD for Service Now ITSM developer • Collaborate on user stories to define development tasks • Carry out agile sprint-defined development tasks to support release cycles, • Develop and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts ,Script Includes, Widgets • Integrate ServiceNow applications with third applications using REST/SOAP APIs • Communicate with the customer in technical/non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions • Work with stakeholders to design testing strategies for development,



QA and UAT environments • Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team • Monitor ServiceNow ITSM module for failures and performance problems.

- Create necessary documentation for the process and team.
- Run/ participate in workshops with the customer to meet the expectations and requirements .
- Workflow, Flow designer, Event management, email notifications, Integration with 3rd party tool, Portal design.
- LDAP integration, Service Catalog, Reporting, CMDB, Data migration, Application migration from instance to instance.
- Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements, ACL, UI policies/Actions, web services and ServiceNow best practice in terms of development.?
