Candidate must have 5- years of relevant IT experience and working knowledge on the following skill sets of ServiceNow.
1. ServiceNow ITSM, catalog creation & maintenance
2. Workflow design & Scripting, UI policies and business rules
3. SLA management and ACLs
4. Backend table access, working knowledge of custom tables, business rules
5. Mail notifications,
6. Portal design and maintenance
7. Mid-server installations
8. Setting up REST based & Inbound email Integrations
