- Service operations and team management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and supervision of field technicians.
- Customer relationship and communication skills to handle service inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Experience with documentation, reporting, and use of basic digital tools or service management software.
- Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in HVAC service environments.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in HVAC service management or a similar leadership role in building services or facilities management.
- Ability to work on-site across multiple customer locations in Pune District, with flexibility for urgent or off-hours service needs.
