Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Industrial Service Executives to handle service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning support for industrial RO and water treatment plants. The candidate will be responsible for attending customer service requirements, preventive and breakdown maintenance, and ensuring smooth plant operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend service and maintenance requirements for industrial RO and water treatment plants.
- Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of water treatment systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain RO systems, pumps, membranes, filters, valves, piping, electrical panels, and instruments.
- Perform membrane cleaning, chemical cleaning, filter replacement, and routine system maintenance.
- Inspect plant performance and identify operational and technical issues.
- Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide timely troubleshooting and solutions.




- Monitor equipment performance and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, checklists, and spare-parts requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and the internal technical team regarding service schedules and AMC activities.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and trial-run activities whenever required.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, chemicals, and spare parts during service activities.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain proper service documentation.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of industrial RO and water treatment systems.
- Practical experience in troubleshooting pumps, membranes, filters, valves, piping, and related equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical panels, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer and industrial sites.
- Ability to work independently and attend breakdown/service calls when required.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
