Role: Service Engineer- CNC /VMC Machines

Responsibilities

- Install, align, commission, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines (mechanical, electrical & control systems).
- Provide technical support and maintenance during/after warranty.
- Support warehouse activities for CNC machine/accessory shipments and manage shipping documents (DO, acceptance & inspection reports).
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics & Engineering for smooth after-sales service.
- Prepare service reports and provide feedback to the Service Manager.
- Conduct basic machine operation training and in office customer guidance.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in CNC machine installation/service, preferably HMC & DCMC.
- Familiarity with CNC control systems, especially FANUC & MITSUBISHI.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer/service requirements.
