A. Service Engineer
- Job responsibilities but not limited to:

Salary would be 20k to 30k for Experienced Engineer and 15k (stipend) for fresher Engineer Qualification should be - Diploma medical electronic /B-Tech
1. Installation and operational demonstration of equipment and related documentation.
2. Providing regular Preventive Maintenance Services/Calibration and keeping records.
3. Getting Performance Certificates signed by end-users periodically.
4. Attending timely breakdown services, even at night if it is an emergency for patient care.
5. Regularly meeting end-users to generate supply orders for consumables/accessories/physical damage parts.
6.



Delivery/replacement of parts under warranty/against order and follow-up of payment recovery with proper documentation.
7. Timely submission of estimates and AMC/ CMC proposals to the customer for the equipment.
8. Updating all job profile activities by sending an email in the form of a Daily Service Report (DSR) and in SAP (software).
9. Supporting the sales department team as and when required, acting as the local representative of the company.
10. Keeping proper records of parts/equipment sent for standby purposes.
11. Updating the week's plan in advance to Management after discussing it with the Immediate Senior and reporting the end results after one week (all in Excel format).
