- Install, commission, and qualify biopharmaceutical/laboratory equipment at customer sites.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and instrumentation-related issues.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Perform equipment calibration, testing, and performance verification as required.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, installation reports, maintenance records, and customer documentation.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per the prescribed service schedule.
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide basic operator training and technical guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ensure service activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and applicable quality standards.
- Maintain service tools, spare parts, and technical equipment required for field visits.
- Coordinate with the internal technical/service team for complex technical issues.
- Support warranty and AMC-related service activities.
- Identify recurring equipment problems and escalate them to the technical/product team.




- Maintain valuable professional relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Required Skills
- Good understanding of biopharmaceutical/laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, electronics, or instrumentation systems.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, drawings, and equipment documentation.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working independently at customer sites.
- Willingness to travel frequently as per business requirements.

Qualification B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, laboratory equipment, life sciences, scientific instruments, or industrial equipment servicing will be preferred.

We want local candidate from bangalore itself preferrable not mandate.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
