Job Overview

Join Bharath TVS as a Service Customer Care Executive! We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused candidate to manage service bookings, handle post-service follow-ups, and process accurate customer billing at our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Service Booking: Handle incoming calls/inquiries and schedule service appointments efficiently.
- Customer Follow-Ups: Conduct post-service feedback calls, send service reminders, and follow up on outstanding queries.
- Billing & Payments: Prepare transparent, accurate service invoices, explain charges to customers, and collect payments.
- Service Coordination:



Coordinate with the workshop technical team to track vehicle status and ensure timely delivery.

Educational Qualification

- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Diploma / Any Degree

Key Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and billing software knowledge.
- Prior experience in automotive customer service or front-desk roles is preferred.

Salary & Compensation

- Competitive base salary + Performance Incentive (₹2,000 – ₹5,000/month)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
