Role Description The Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at the Indore head office. This position is responsible for coordinating end-to-end service delivery across multiple banking and NBFC partners, ensuring timely processing of loan applications and related financial services. Daily activities include managing customer inquiries, scheduling and tracking service requests, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.

The role also involves monitoring operational workflows, supporting DSA channel activities,



and providing clear, professional communication to clients to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Service Coordination and Operations Management skills to manage workflows, processes, and service timelines effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact professionally with clients, team members, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to address queries, manage expectations, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should ideally have basic knowledge of financial products (personal, business, home, and property loans) and an interest in the financial services sector.
- Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
