Role: Service Coordinator Location: Jaipur & Delhi Experience: 1–3 Years Gender Preference: Male Job Responsibilities • Coordinate with Field Engineers for daily service activities, site visits, and issue resolution.

- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, spare parts, service requirements, and technical support.
- Handle service requests, complaints, and follow-ups with clients and vendors.
- Track and maintain service tickets, engineer schedules, site visit reports, and service records.
- Ensure timely allocation and closure of service calls.
- Coordinate with internal teams, field engineers, vendors, and clients for smooth service operations.
- Follow up on pending service issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly service reports and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills &

Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in Service Coordination,



Technical Coordination, or the Hardware/IT Industry.

- Experience in vendor coordination and field engineer coordination.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, IT products, peripherals, or related technical services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize tasks.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable coordinating with clients, vendors, and field engineers.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in IT Hardware, System Integration, Networking, CCTV, or IT Services will be preferred
