? Position: Service Advisor

? Location: Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar

? Experience: 1+ Years

? Qualification: Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering

? Industry: Automobile / Dealership preferred

? CTC: Up to ₹3.60 LPA

? Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer vehicle service requirements and prepare job cards & estimates.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely repairs.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and delivery timelines.
- Ensure quality service and timely vehicle delivery.
- Explain repairs, billing and insurance-related details to customers.




- Maintain service records and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

✅ Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership.
- Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle service & repair operations.
- Valid 4-Wheeler Driving Licence is mandatory.
