Role Description The Service Advisor at Servall Automotive Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site role based in Avadi, Chennai. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their two-wheeler service needs, and accurately documenting service requirements.

The Service

Advisor will coordinate with the workshop team to schedule jobs, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles. Daily tasks include explaining service recommendations and costs, preparing job cards and invoices,



and keeping customers informed throughout the service process. The role also requires resolving customer concerns, maintaining service records, and supporting aftersales activities to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid customer-focused service skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Ability to deliver consistent Customer-focused Service and support Aftersales processes.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers and workshop teams.
- Experience in automotive service, preferably two-wheeler maintenance, is an advantage.
- Basic technical understanding of two-wheeler systems to explain service recommendations clearly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple service orders efficiently.
- Comfort with using service management software or digital tools for job cards and invoicing.
- Minimum high school diploma; vocational or technical training in automotive or related fields is beneficial.
