- Coordinate implementation of the Sericulture Value Chain Development project.
- Support community mobilization and field implementation activities.
- Coordinate with District Administration, line departments, SHGs, CLFs and other stakeholders.
- Support development of sericulture-based livelihood initiatives.
- Support in the identification of suitable government land and facilitate its further mobilization.
- Facilitate implementation, monitoring and reporting of project activities.
- Provide field-level technical coordination and handholding support for project implementation.

- Must have and use a two-wheeler with a helmet for field visits.
