We're building out a dedicated SEO Services division, and we need someone to lead it from the ground up — not just run campaigns, but own strategy, build the team, and turn this into a scalable, high-performing part of the agency.

If you've led SEO at an agency before, know what valuable delivery actually looks like across technical, on-page, content, and link building, and want the ownership that comes with standing up a new division (not just managing an existing one), this is built for you.

What you'll own

- SEO strategy and roadmaps across all client packages, with direct accountability for organic traffic, rankings, and performance
- A team spanning SEO, content, and link building — hiring, mentoring, delegating, and holding people to clear standards
- Quality control on every major deliverable before it reaches a client
- SOPs and processes for onboarding, execution, QA, and reporting — built to scale as the team grows
- Key client relationships, including strategy calls, escalations,



and retention
- Input into SEO proposals, pricing, and case studies alongside Sales/BD

What you bring

- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, agency background strongly preferred
- Real experience leading or managing an SEO team — not just being senior on one
- Strong technical grounding: audits, site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals, keyword research, content optimization, link building
- Fluency in Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, and Google Analytics
- A track record of measurably improving rankings and traffic for clients
- Sharp client communication — you can present strategy and defend results, not just execute them

Bonus points for

- Experience scaling an SEO service line inside an agency (not just working within one)
- International or B2B client experience
- White-label/reseller SEO exposure
- Working knowledge of GEO / AI Search Optimization

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
