Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to manage and execute search engine optimization strategies to improve our website s visibility, organic traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO .

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

- Conduct keyword research and mapping
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, and content
- Ensure SEO-friendly URL structures and internal linking
- Work with content team to create optimized content

Off-Page SEO

- Plan and execute link-building strategies
- Perform outreach for backlinks (guest posting, directories, etc.)
- Monitor backlink profile and remove toxic links

Technical SEO

- Conduct website audits and fix SEO issues
- Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability
- Handle indexing issues, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags

AIO (AI Optimization)

- Optimize content for AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Bard, SGE, Copilot)
- Structure content for featured snippets, FAQs, and AI summaries
- Implement schema markup to improve machine readability
- Create entity-based content for better AI understanding
- Monitor how brand/content appears in AI-generated answers

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

- Optimize content to rank in AI-generated search results
- Focus on conversational, question-based,



and semantic content
- Build topical authority and entity trust signals
- Improve brand mentions across authoritative sources
- Ensure content is citation-worthy for AI engines

Analytics & Reporting

- Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Knowledge of AI-driven search trends (AIO & GEO concepts)
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Understanding of search intent, content strategy, and SERP behavior
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in edtech, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry
- Knowledge of local SEO & international SEO
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals & schema markup
- Experience optimizing content for featured snippets & voice search
