SEO Executive

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with 3+ years of experience and strong expertise in technical, international, multilingual, AEO, and GEO SEO. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of improving organic visibility across competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical SEO audits covering site speed, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, structured data, and technical issues.

- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, URL structures, schema markup, and crawl efficiency.

- Develop and manage international/multilingual SEO strategies, including hreflang, local keyword research, search intent, and regional optimization.

- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page optimization, content gap and cannibalization analysis.

- Create SEO-focused content briefs and collaborate with content, development, design, translators, and local teams.

- Plan ethical link-building and outreach campaigns and monitor backlink quality.

- Track SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and similar tools.

- Monitor traffic, rankings, impressions, CTR, conversions, algorithm updates, and provide actionable reports.

- Implement AEO strategies for featured snippets, PAA, knowledge panels, FAQs, How-To content, and structured Q&A.;

- Develop GEO strategies to improve visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews,



and Bing Copilot.

- Apply entity SEO, topical authority, knowledge graph, conversational search, and E-E-A-T principles.

- Monitor AI search citations and brand visibility and adapt strategies based on emerging search trends.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including international/multilingual SEO projects.

- Proven experience improving organic traffic and rankings in competitive markets.

- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or equivalent tools.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom/headless CMS.

- Strong understanding of hreflang, international targeting, GA4, GTM, technical SEO, and backlink management.

- Knowledge of AEO, GEO, entity SEO, E-E-A-T, AI search behavior, and AI citation optimization.

- Familiarity with AI visibility tools such as Semrush AI Toolkit, Profound, or similar.

- Solid analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in programmatic SEO or large-scale content operations.

- Knowledge of Python/Google Sheets scripting for SEO automation.

- Local SEO and Google Business Profile experience.

- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or media.

- Google Analytics/Google Ads certifications.

- Experience with log file analysis and crawl budget optimization.
