We are looking for a Senior Wedding Planner to independently lead and manage weddings from initial client discussions through planning, execution and post-event closure.

The role involves working closely with couples and families, internal teams, vendors and event partners to translate the client's vision into a seamless, personalised and well-executed wedding experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Own client relationships and lead discussions with couples and families to understand their vision, requirements, priorities and expectations.
- Independently manage assigned weddings across planning, coordination, execution and post-event closure.
- Develop and manage detailed wedding plans, timelines, budgets, schedules and deliverables.
- Translate the client's vision and preferences into the overall wedding experience, particularly across décor and event design.
- Coordinate and manage internal teams, vendors, décor, hospitality and other event partners.
- Manage vendor communication, deliverables, timelines and on-ground requirements.
- Oversee guest management, hospitality, logistics and event-day execution.
- Monitor progress against agreed plans, timelines and budgets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Anticipate potential challenges and take proactive and decisive action to resolve them.
- Maintain a high standard of service, attention to detail and execution throughout the wedding planning and event process.




- Conduct post-event closure and ensure all deliverables, documentation and handovers are completed.

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience in wedding planning or event management.
- Experience independently managing weddings or large-scale events from planning through execution.
- Experience with luxury, premium or destination weddings will be an advantage.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with couples, families, vendors and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of décor, hospitality, logistics and wedding production.
- Excellent planning, coordination, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, vendors and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to remain composed, responsive and decisive in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended hours during wedding events.
- Willingness to travel for weddings and events as required.
