We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Developer with strong expertise in motion graphics, video editing, character animation, and AI-assisted content creation. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing high-quality videos, animations, and interactive learning modules by combining traditional production techniques with modern AI tools.

Required Expertise

Motion Graphics & Animation

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong experience in Character Rigging and Character Animation.
- Ability to create engaging, animated explainers, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and infographic animations.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in creating scenario-based and character-driven learning content.

Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)

- Advanced video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Expertise in:

1. Audio and video synchronization
2. Green screen (Chroma Key) removal and compositing
3. Color correction and color grading
4. Video cleanup and enhancement
5. Sound mixing and audio balancing
6. Subtitle and caption integration
7. Transitions and effects implementation
8. Video format optimization for multiple platforms





Graphic Design & Asset Creation

- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to create and modify visual assets for videos and animations.

AI-Driven Content Development
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for video, animation, image, voice, and content creation.
- Experience using various AI tools
- Ability to integrate AI-generated assets with traditional animation and video production workflows.
- Experience leveraging AI to accelerate production while maintaining creative quality.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in corporate learning, training, or eLearning environments.
- Experience creating AI-powered learning experiences, simulations, and adaptive training modules.
