Senior Veeva CTMS & Clinical Research Payments Specialist

Shift: US Shift – 7:30 PM–4:00 AM / 8:00 PM–4:30 AM
CTC: ₹7–12 LPA
Joining: Immediate / Serving or completing Notice Period

We are looking for a senior Clinical Research skilled with strong hands-on experience in Veeva CTMS, Greenphire, and Clinical Research Payments for a US-based client.
Mandatory Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in CTMS/Clinical Research, including US-based CRO experience
- Strong hands-on Veeva CTMS experience, including managing clinical trial data and end-to-end CTMS activities
- Hands-on Greenphire experience for clinical research/site payments
- Experience in Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) payment processing,
payment accuracy, and discrepancy resolution
- Hands-on experience in Change Management, UAT Scripting & Execution, Validation and Process Ownership
- Direct experience working and coordinating with US/European clients/CRO teams
- Excellent verbal/written English communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must be comfortable with the specified US shift
