Job Summary

Overview: We are seeking a skilled SEO/AEO/GEO/GMB & Digital Marketing/Social Media Manager to join our team in Noida (Work From Office). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth through SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies, managing our Google Business Profile presence, and leading digital marketing and social media campaigns. This role plays a key part in our organization's marketing team, contributing to improved search visibility, brand presence, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategy covering technical, on-page, and off-page optimization

- Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) and local SEO presence

- Conduct keyword research and build content strategies aligned with SEO goals

- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and Search Console

- Generate leads and continuously identify current growth opportunities

- Improve organic rankings and visibility across search and AI-driven platforms

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- 3-4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, and social media management





- Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, along with AEO and GEO

- Hands-on experience with GMB/local SEO management

- Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console

- Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X)

Experience

- Proven experience in keyword research and content strategy development

- Previous experience running digital marketing and social media campaigns

- Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance through analytics
