Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced US IT W2 Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the US staffing market,

particularly W2 hiring (Direct Clients Only), and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

. Source and recruit IT professionals for W2 positions across various technologies

. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.

Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand job requirements and priorities.

. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.

. Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer negotiations.

Required Skills & Experience:

. 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, specifically W2 hiring.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

. Bachelor's degree or related field.

. Experience recruiting for Direct clients is Mandatory.
