The Senior Vice President – Engineering Workforce Solutions will lead the company's largest business vertical, ensuring profitable growth, delivery excellence, customer satisfaction and leadership development. The role is responsible for building a scalable delivery organization capable of supporting long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the Engineering Workforce Solutions business.

· Drive business growth and profitability.

· Ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

· Build strong customer relationships.

· Develop delivery leaders and managers.

· Improve resource utilization and operational efficiency.

· Strengthen quality and governance.

· Support business development initiatives.

· Build organizational capability within Engineering Workforce Solutions.

· Report business performance to the Board.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience

· 15–20 years of professional experience.





· Minimum 7 years leading engineering delivery organizations.

· Experience in Engineering Services, Product Engineering or Engineering Staffing.

· Solid customer-facing experience.

· Experience managing large engineering teams.

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

· MBA preferred but not mandatory.
