Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, payment plans, and amenities to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Identify customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Update lead status regularly in CRM/lead management systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer objections and convert interested prospects into site visits.
- Monitor and guide junior telecallers when required.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly call and lead reports.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.

Requirements
- 3months–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and WhatsApp Business.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage and guide junior team members.

Pay: ₹19,580.66 - ₹35,689.25 per month
