Generate leads for Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP and other loan products . Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements. Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and documentation requirements. Coordinate with customers and the internal team for documentation and application processing. Follow up with customers until loan disbursement. Maintain valuable customer relationships and generate business through referrals.
Commission Structure: Attractive commission/incentive based on successful loan disbursement . Commission will be calculated as per the applicable product/channel payout structure. Higher business generation can lead to higher earning potential. Performance-based — no fixed salary; earnings depend on successful loan disbursements and applicable commission rates.
