Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about products or services.

Explain products, services, offers, and company policies to customers.

Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

Maintain records of customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams when required.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with customers.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to speak confidently over the phone.

Good listening and convincing skills.

Previous telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.

Freshers can also apply, depending on the company requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
