Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain loan products and their perks clearly. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options. Generate and qualify leads through tele-calling.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Coordinate with the Sales & Backend team for further processing. Maintain customer details and calling records in CRM/Excel. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
