Senior Technical Recruiter (Night Shift): Duties will include handling recruitment for contract and full time positions and performing resume searching, resume screening, candidate pre-screening, resume submission, interview arrangements and other tasks related to the job.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA / MCA / BCA / Diploma in Computer or IT or Electronics
- Engineering graduates preferred
- Experience in US IT recruitment for 4-10 years (MUST)
- Positive experience working with Direct end clients
- Sound knowledge of IT concepts
- Proficient in using Job Boards (like Dice, Monster, Career Builder), LinkedIn, Google
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills in English.
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to work independently
