About the Role: We are seeking an experienced M365 Lead to join our Information Technology team. This position is responsible for the end-to-end administration, monitoring, and governance of the organization's Microsoft 365 environment. The M365 Lead will collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and helpdesk teams to drive continuous improvement across collaboration services and mentor junior administrators within the team Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem resolution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.



Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks in a energetic IT environment. Collaborative team player with experience mentoring junior technical staff.
