Job Summary Job Title: Senior Clarity PPM (CA PPM) Consultant

Location: Hyderabad (Preferred) / Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

Role Summary The Senior Clarity PPM Consultant is responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, upgrade, and support of Clarity PPM (15.x / 16.x) solutions. The role involves hands-on technical delivery, consulting engagement, and close collaboration with PMO and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead fresh implementations and configuration of Clarity PPM modules such as Project, Portfolio, Resource, Financial Management and Timesheets.
- Develop and customize portlets, processes and workflows.
- Write and optimize NSQL queries and develop GEL scripts for automation and integrations.
- Design and maintain Jaspersoft reports and dashboards.
- Perform Clarity PPM upgrades and support SaaS/on-prem migrations.
- Implement integrations with third-party enterprise systems using APIs, GEL and database methods.
- Act as a customer-facing consultant for requirement gathering, solution design, UAT support and rollout.
- Provide architecture overview, delivery roadmap and best-practice guidance.





Skill RequirementsTechnical Skills & Experience

- 3 years of hands-on experience with CA / Broadcom Clarity PPM.
- Strong expertise in Clarity PPM 15.x / 16.x implementations and upgrades.
- Proven experience in portlet, workflow, process development, GEL scripting and NSQL.
- Robust knowledge of Clarity PPM data model and configurations.
- Jaspersoft reporting experience.
- Integration experience with third-party systems.

Other Requirements Good to Have

- SaaS Clarity deployment experience.
- JavaScript development and Oracle development exposure.
- Architecture design and roadmap planning experience.

Database & Domain Knowledge

- Working knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and PMO processes.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-facing consulting experience and cross-cultural work exposure.
- Ability to mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
