Job Summary
Job Title: SAP S/4HANA PP Lead
Position: SCM Lead – PP/PP/DS | Program: S/4HANA Digital Transformation
Role Summary
Lead the transformation of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP / PPDS) capabilities, integrating with Kinaxis Rapid Response to enable real-time, synchronized planning and execution across a complex semiconductor supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP PP / PPDS workstream across Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) processes
- Drive design and implementation of Kinaxis (Demand, Supply, S&OP;, Factory Planning)
- Define end-to-end planning-to-execution integration across SAP, MES, and PLM
- Lead S/4HANA implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, cutover, hypercare)
- Optimize planning through MRP, heuristics, and scheduling strategies
- Align solutions with semiconductor constraints (multi-stage BOMs, long lead times)
- Manage cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, and IT
Must-Have Skills

- Technical
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP / PPDS (configuration and solution design)
- Hands on experience in Variant Configuration
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse integration
- Deep knowledge of:
o MRP, production planning, and detailed scheduling o BOM, routings, production versions, capacity planning
- Experience integrating SAP with:
o MM, SD, QM modules o MES and PLM systems
Program &

- Proven experience leading end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs
- Strong experience in UAT, cutover, and hypercare execution
- Ability to design end-to-end planning processes (Plan-to-Fulfill)

- Experience in semiconductor / high-tech manufacturing environments

o Multi-stage manufacturing flows o Long lead-time supply chains
Leadership
- Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
- Experience leading global delivery (onshore/offshore teams)
