We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and take ownership of India-based hiring requirements , with a solid focus on Banking/BFSI clients and core technical positions .

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for India-based technology requirements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and technical requirements.
- Recruit for core technical roles across various technology areas.
- Handle hiring requirements specifically for Banking/BFSI clients and projects .
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening based on technical skills, experience, client requirements, notice period,



and compensation .
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-up with candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process and drive offer closures and joining .
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline reports, and hiring metrics.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment while managing multiple requirements simultaneously.

? Required Skills & Experience
- 7–8 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment.
- Strong experience in technical hiring for IT roles .
- Prior experience working on Banking/BFSI client requirements is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of core technical skills and IT technologies.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms .
- Proven ability to source, screen, interview-coordinate, and close candidates.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of notice periods, compensation negotiations, offer management, and joining follow-ups .
