? Key Responsibilities

✅ End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles

✅ Source, screen & shortlist candidates

✅ Handle multiple Non-IT staffing requirements

✅ Solid sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases & referrals

✅ Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures

✅ Work closely with clients / internal stakeholders

? Must Have

✔️ 4+ years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment

✔️ Strong experience specifically in Non-IT recruitment

✔️ Good knowledge of Non-IT talent markets

✔️ Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

✔️ Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

✔️ Excellent communication and follow-up skills
