We are looking for experienced Supply Chain Consulting professionals with solid domain expertise in Supply Chain Management and hands-on consulting experience or experience driving Excellence internally. The candidate will work with corporate clients to assess, design, and implement supply chain transformation initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct supply chain assessments and maturity evaluations.

- Analyse end-to-end supply chain processes including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, and Distribution.

- Design and recommend supply chain optimization strategies.

- Lead consulting engagements and client workshops.

- Develop business cases, process maps, gap assessments, and transformation roadmaps.

- Support implementation of supply chain best practices and industry frameworks.

- Deliver executive-level presentations and consulting reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and client leadership teams.

- Support business development initiatives through solutioning and proposal preparation.





Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business

- Management, or related field.

- Masters degree in business management will be preferred

- Strong understanding of: Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement &
- Sourcing, Logistics &
- Distribution, Demand Forecasting, Sales &
- Operations Planning (S&OP;)

- Experience in Supply Chain Consulting, Business Consulting, or Transformation Projects (either internally or with external clients)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

- Ability to engage with senior leadership and enterprise clients.

Preferred Qualifications

- Supply Chain Certifications (CII-SCMPro, CPIM, CSCP, CLTD)

- Lean Six Sigma Certification

- Experience with ERP platforms, Planning, Transportation and Warehouse Management Solutions

- Experience in supply chain digital transformation projects.
