- Lead the planning, design, and review of RCC, steel, and composite structural systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, reports, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with Architects, MEP Consultants, Project Managers, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Review structural drawings and provide technical support during construction and site execution.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers while maintaining high engineering quality standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and successful execution to meet client expectations.
- Contribute to building and strengthening the organization's Structural Design Studio through technical leadership and best practices.
