Senior Software Engineer – Java (5–10 Years)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Java with 5–10 years of experience in building scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies . The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience with customer-facing delivery, and the ability to take ownership of technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud
- Microservices Architecture
- REST & SOAP APIs
- Hibernate/JPA
- Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB
- AWS or Azure
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD
- Agile/Scrum
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, system design, and performance optimization

AI Skills – Mandatory Hands-on experience with 1–2 AI-assisted development tools , such as:

- GitHub Copilot
- Cursor AI
- Claude Code
- Windsurf
- OpenAI-powered developer tools

Experience using AI for code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, or developer productivity is required.

Key Responsibilities





- Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices.
- Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
