Job Summary

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.

Responsibilities

- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential recent clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- 4+ years of software engineering experience.

- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- SACM CMDB Data Quality

- Troubleshoot Failures: Diagnose errors related to credentials, network access permissions,



or discovery log errors.

- Drive CMDB health initiatives including completeness, correctness, compliance, and relationship accuracy.

- Implement solutions to remediate stale CIs, duplicate records, orphaned relationships, and data quality gaps.

- Design scalable automation for CMDB governance and configuration management processes.

- Collaborate with Asset Management, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security teams to improve configuration data quality.

- ServiceNow Discovery CMDB Engineering

- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

- Build Third-Party Integrations: Connect ServiceNow with external data sources like Microsoft Azure, AWS, SCCM, and SolarWinds using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.

- Manage Discovery Schedules: Create, update, and manage horizontal, cloud, and serverless discovery schedules.

- Build Custom Patterns: Develop customized discovery probes, sensors, and patterns to capture niche hardware, software, and application dependencies.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Discovery and/or ITOM.
