Role Overview :

As a Senior Software Development Engineer (SSE) - .Net Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering robust, scalable enterprise applications. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, stakeholders, and architects to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

This role demands a hands-on approach to full-stack development, where you will influence architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the seamless deployment of services within cloud-native environments to drive tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance web applications using .Net Core and C# to ensure system reliability and scalability for end-users.
- Design and maintain complex database schemas in SQL Server to optimize data retrieval and integrity for high-traffic platforms.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes,



reducing time-to-market for new features.
- Orchestrate containerized applications using Docker or Kubernetes to ensure consistent performance across development, staging, and production environments.
- Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure on Azure or AWS to enhance system availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Technical Architect to define coding standards and best practices, ensuring long-term maintainability of the codebase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues to minimize downtime and maintain a seamless user experience.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using .Net Core, C#, and MVC frameworks with 7 - 11 years of professional experience.
- Proven ability to design and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS, including service configuration and security best practices.
- Strong proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools, specifically Docker and Kubernetes, to support microservices architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and stored procedure development.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to act as a Technical Architect, providing guidance on system design and technology stack selection.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members, and mentor junior engineering talent.
- Strong adaptability to work in rapid-paced, agile environments, maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.
