About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management, preferably from a Digital Marketing / Social Media Agency.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience managing multiple client brands and be hands-on with social media strategy, content planning, copywriting, script writing, shoots, community management and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage social media accounts for multiple client brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X (Twitter).
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand goals.
- Create monthly content calendars and manage end-to-end content execution.
- Write engaging social media copy, captions, reel/video scripts, articles and blogs.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current trends, audience behaviour and brand requirements.
- Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots, including shoot concepts, requirements and coordination with internal/creative teams.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content teams and clients to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage community engagement and day-to-day social media activities.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity.
- Track social media performance,



KPIs and analytics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Handle multiple client accounts while maintaining brand consistency and deadlines.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Social Media Management.
- Digital Marketing Agency/ Social Media Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple client brands/accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy and audience engagement.
- Strong copywriting and script-writing skills.
- Good experience in writing articles, blogs and social media content.
- Experience in planning and coordinating shoots for social media content.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Candidates with primarily Social Media Management experience will be preferred over general digital marketing profiles.
- Must be comfortable working from office in South Delhi on a daily basis.
