About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SOAR Engineer to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) team and drive the development of advanced security automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) solutions that strengthen incident response processes and improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain SOAR playbooks to automate alert triage, incident investigation, enrichment, response, and case management activities.
- Implement automation workflows to improve SOC efficiency and accelerate security operations.
- Integrate SOAR platforms with security technologies such as CrowdStrike Falcon, SIEM, ServiceNow, EDR, Email Security,



Cloud Security, and Threat Intelligence platforms.
- Develop automated orchestration solutions to reduce manual effort and improve response consistency.
- Collaborate with SOC teams, threat hunters, incident responders, and security engineers to identify automation opportunities.
- Design workflows that reduce Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Respond (MTTR).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize existing SOAR workflows to improve performance and effectiveness.
- Conduct testing, validation, and regular updates of automation playbooks to ensure operational readiness.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for automation processes, integrations, and playbooks.
- Support incident response activities through automation and workflow enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to SOC analysts on automation capabilities and SOAR best practices.
- Participate in security reviews and recommend improvements to strengthen detection and response capabilities.
- Ensure automation solutions align with organizational security policies, standards, and compliance requirements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, security engineering, or automation-related roles.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale SOAR platforms and automation solutions.
- Strong expertise in security technologies including SIEM, EDR, Threat Intelligence, Email Security, and Cloud Security platforms.
- Hands-on experience integrating multiple security tools through APIs and automation frameworks.
- Strong scripting skills using Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages.
- Deep understanding of incident response processes, threat detection, security monitoring, and SOC operations.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration and workflow automation.




- Knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks and automated enrichment techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud security technologies and security best practices across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex security challenges.
- Experience developing scalable and reusable automation workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure security environments and handle critical incidents.
- Knowledge of security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or NIST.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members on SOAR technologies and automation best practices.
