Role Description The Senior Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Raipur and involves coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and vendors to manage project timelines and resource utilization. The role includes monitoring structural work, conducting quality checks, resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate site documentation and progress reports.

Engineer will also participate in review meetings, support project planning,



and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards throughout the construction lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills, with proven experience managing construction activities and site operations.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with project teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills, including inspection, testing, and adherence to construction standards and safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in building or infrastructure projects, preferably with real estate developers or construction firms.
- Proficiency in construction management tools, MS Office, and reading CAD drawings is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and readiness to work in a fast-paced site environment in Raipur.
