Position: Site Engineer – Civil / Infrastructure Projects

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedule.

Coordinate and follow up with site teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.

Understand and implement BOQ items, quantities, specifications, and work requirements.

Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per the planned schedule.

Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and provide regular updates to the management.

Conduct daily site follow-ups and coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractor requirements.

Verify completed works and measurements at site.

Assist in M-Book (Measurement Book) preparation and maintenance.

Check the quality and quantity of work executed by subcontractors.

Coordinate with Billing Engineer for measurements, RA bills, and supporting documents.





Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

Maintain proper site records, drawings, measurements, photographs, and other project documentation.

Required Skills

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Positive knowledge of BOQ and civil/infrastructure works.

Knowledge of M-Book writing and measurements.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle subcontractors and site teams.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation.

Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
