About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Website Content to lead and manage long-form website content initiatives. The role will involve managing high-volume content production, maintaining editorial quality, coordinating with external content agencies, and creating engaging, well-researched long-form articles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in website content and long-form writing, along with the ability to manage multiple content stakeholders and ensure quality and consistency at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and edit 350–400 articles and blogs per month, ensuring accuracy, quality, readability, and adherence to content guidelines.

- Coordinate with external content agencies to manage content production, timelines, quality, and deliverables.

- Work closely with 2 external content agencies managing approximately 300 content pieces per month.

- Collaborate with 3 in-house content writers responsible for producing approximately 100–150 articles per month.

- Independently research and write high-quality long-form articles of 2,000–2,500 words.

- Ensure all website content is well-researched, engaging, accurate,



and aligned with brand tone and guidelines.

- Maintain consistency in content quality across both agency and in-house teams.

- Track content pipelines, deadlines, revisions, and publishing schedules.

- Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve website content quality and engagement.

- Work cross-functionally with relevant teams to ensure content meets business and website requirements.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in website content, editorial, content marketing, or a similar role.

- Strong hands-on experience in long-form content writing and editing.

- Proven experience writing and managing 2,000–2,500 word articles.

- Experience managing content agencies and external writers.

- Strong editorial, proofreading, and research skills.

- Ability to manage high-volume content production without compromising quality.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Robust attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience in SEO content / website content would be an added advantage.
