Roles and Responsibilities

Key performance area

- Should know Sheet metal design & developments and manufacturing process like Turret punching , Laser cutting ,Press brake, Welding , Special process
- Process Planning and new product development (NPD)
- Exposure in sheet metal fabrication.
- Engineering standards followed by selection of Raw Material & Fastner for the required products
- Experience and knowledge relevant ASTM, ISO standard regulations, guidelines.
- Creation of Bill of Materials Individual Components and Assembly Independently sheet metal components
- Good Experience in Team center and release process (ECR and ECN)
- Valuable approach in working with cross functional Teams and senior management.
- Should Know special process knowledge like powder coating , plating , anodization.. etc

Skill Requirements

- Auto Cad , Solid works , GD&T;
- SAP or equivalent ERP knowledge
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer issues promptly and find solutions collaboratively.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in order processing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations.
