Role & responsibilities

Location: Ahmedabad

Serve as the L3 technical escalation point for complex SASE/SSE, Zero Trust, Proxy, Secure Web Gateway and Private Application Access issues. Design, deploy, optimize and troubleshoot these security solutions while contributing to architecture, migration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent field experience.
- Experience – 7+ years of experience in Network Security, Cloud Security, SASE/SSE, Zero Trust or related technologies.
- Certifications –CCNA/CCNP/CCIE in Security or equivalent Zscaler, Palo Alto certifications preferred.
- Robust L3 troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and as a team player
- Excellent written/oral communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with technology vendors and support teams for complex incident resolution.
- Experience providing technical guidance and continuous knowledge transfer to L1/L2 support teams.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Technologies: SWG / Web Proxy, Cloud Firewall, DNS Security, Web / Endpoint / Email DLP, CASB, Browser Isolation, PIM/PAM, Identity Management, AI Security, App / Network Segmentation, Data Security
- Infrastructure & Networking: RHEL/Linux, VMware/Hypervisors, DNS, Routing, Firewall, TLS/SSL, GRE/IPsec,



PKI/Certificates, Wireshark, Fiddler, IPv6, Load Balancers and QoS.
- Vendors: Zscaler, Cisco, Palo Alto, Netskope, Cato, Forcepoint, Okta, Seclore

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture: Design, deploy and integrate enterprise solutions mentioned above, ensuring alignment with infrastructure security, operational and compliance requirement
- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Excellent troubleshooting and problem identification skills coupled with impact analysis skills while implementing fixes quickly
- Traffic Analysis: Analyse packet captures, traces, logs and traffic flows to identify root cause and resolve complex incidents
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage key stakeholders in customer, Vendors and internal ecosystems
- Documentation: Maintain HLD/LLD, implementation plans, test cases, migration plans, runbooks, RCA and technical documentation
- Mentoring: Act as L3 escalation point for all technical issues. Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to L1/L2 support teams

Governance: Participate in audits, technical reviews, change management and security architecture reviews HeShe will have agreed to execute THREE years’ Service continuation commitment Bond (Agreement) as per the terms and conditions contained therein on your own volition.
