Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP ABAP RAP Developer and Technical Lead, you will spearhead the design and implementation of next-generation SAP solutions within the S/4HANA ecosystem. You will act as the primary technical bridge between complex business requirements and scalable cloud-ready applications, working closely with functional consultants, enterprise architects, and global stakeholders to drive digital transformation.

By leveraging the SAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), you will play a pivotal role in modernizing legacy processes, ensuring high-performance, maintainable, and user-centric outcomes that directly impact the operational efficiency and strategic agility of our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop robust, cloud-native applications using SAP RAP to streamline business processes and enhance user experience for global end-users.
- Lead technical design workshops and code reviews, mentoring junior developers to ensure adherence to clean code standards and best practices in the S/4HANA environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate intricate business challenges into efficient technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration across the SAP landscape.
- Optimize existing ABAP codebases and transition legacy modules to contemporary frameworks,



significantly reducing technical debt and improving system performance for business stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of OData services and Fiori-based interfaces, ensuring that delivered solutions meet the highest standards of scalability and security for our customers.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in SAP ABAP development, with a deep-seated proficiency in the SAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) for building modern, service-oriented applications.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams through the full software development lifecycle, balancing hands-on coding with strategic architectural guidance.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the management level.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of troubleshooting mission-critical issues in high-pressure environments while maintaining a focus on long-term system stability.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a track record of continuous learning in the evolving SAP ecosystem.
