Solid experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, triggers, asynchronous processing, Salesforce APIs, and platform limits.

Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Health Cloud solutions and healthcare-specific data models.

Good understanding of healthcare workflows such as patient/member engagement, care coordination, provider management, clinical data exchange, and service operations.

Experience with healthcare interoperability concepts and standards, especially FHIR R4 and HL7-based integration scenarios.

Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP services, OAuth, JSON/XML, event-driven patterns,



and middleware such as MuleSoft or equivalent.

Practical knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, security, performance optimisation, error handling, testing, and deployment practices.

Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Salesforce DX, DevOps Center, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
