Job Purpose The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, acquiring current clients and driving revenue through the sale of broking and financial products.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

- Generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, market contacts, cold calling, digital leads and business development activities .
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Identify and approach potential HNI, UHNI and affluent clients .
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into active clients.
- Develop new sources and channels for continuous lead generation.
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate referrals and new business opportunities .
- Maintain accurate lead records and track prospects through the complete sales cycle.
- Consistently meet monthly lead-generation, conversion and acquisition targets.

Product Sales

- Sell equity, broking, bonds, fixed income, structured products and other financial products.




- Identify client requirements and present relevant products.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.

Business Development & Revenue

- Achieve assigned sales, brokerage and revenue targets.
- Expand the client base and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular client engagement to generate repeat and referral business.

Coordination & Compliance

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and activation.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.

Experience

- 6–8 years of experience in stock broking, capital markets or financial services sales.
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition and revenue generation .
- HNI/UHNI client network will be an advantage.

Preference Candidates with relevant sales experience specifically in stock broking firms will be preferred . Candidates with relevant experience in stock broking are encouraged to apply.
