Are you a sales-driven professional who enjoys meeting customers, developing new business, and growing market presence?

BVC Logistics is looking for Executive / Sr. Executive Sales to drive Retail & SME customer acquisition across Chennai and Coimbatore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with customers, build strong business relationships, and drive adoption of our BVC Wallet for seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities across Retail & SME segments.
- Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and market mapping within the assigned territory.
- Promote and drive onboarding and active usage of the BVC Wallet.
- Assist customers with wallet registration, activation, recharge, and transaction-related queries.
- Build solid customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities,



and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, leads, and pipeline.

What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Retail Sales, Field Sales, Logistics, Courier, Banking, FinTech, or related industries.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with field sales, customer meetings, and target-driven roles.
- Good knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving business results.
